The short version
IsMyPasswordSecure.com may earn a commission when a reader purchases a product through certain links. The reader’s price is generally not increased because of that commission.
Current status
We are approved for the NordPass affiliate program and were not approved for the 1Password affiliate program. Selected NordPass offer buttons are compensated CJ affiliate links. If a reader makes a qualifying purchase after using one of those buttons, we may earn a commission. NordPass source citations remain ordinary direct links, and 1Password links remain direct and non-tracked.
What commissions do not change
- Providers cannot purchase rankings or conclusions.
- We do not hide material limitations to improve conversion.
- We do not claim personal experience that did not occur.
- We do not recommend unsafe credential practices.
Identifying compensated links
A recommendation containing a compensated link will say, in substance, “We may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Labels such as “affiliate link” will not be used as the only explanation.
